I designed and developed a minimalist land acquisition dashboard to support toll road development in Indonesia, with a focus on accessibility for underserved and elderly populations. Built using ArcGIS and JavaScript, the dashboard visualizes parcel-level land acquisition progress and provides a simple interface for users to access information, report issues, and track updates in real time. The tool was designed to improve transparency, reduce communication gaps between communities and project stakeholders, and ensure that residents, especially those with limited digital literacy, could engage meaningfully in the acquisition process.
